Plastic recycling line

Plastic recycling machines is used to transform hard and soft plastic wastes into dry uniform pellets which is packed and stored for further plastic applications.

Many plastic wastes could be recycled using all or some of these machines like PET , LDPE , HDPE , PE , PP , PVC .....

Recycling lines are a combination of the following machines :

Belt conveyor 

To deliver crude wastes to production line

Crusher 

To crush hard plastic wastes into smaller pieces which could be processed .

Shredder

To crush fluffy plastic wastes into smaller pieces which could be processed .

Auger conveyor 

To transport the product through production line .

Washing pool

To wash plastic pieces which is just crushed or shredded ; It is necessary in case of post consumer wastes .

Dewatering Auger

To dewater the plastic pieces coming from washing pool .

Agglomerator

To agglomerate small and fluffy pieces and merge it with large pieces .

Extruder 

To press the plastic lumps which is coming from agglomerator and extrude it into long slices .

Granulator

To cut coming slices into final pellet size .

Thermal Dryer 

To dry final pellets thermally before storage process. It is necessary in case of using washing line.

Pneumatic conveyor 

To transport the product vertically or horizontally up to silo inlet .

Storage Silo

To store final pellets coming from dryer and control its packing process with means of air lock
