Grain Crusher

Grain crusher is used for crushing grains and cereals   to small pieces in order to use it as cattle fodder.

Output grain size could be adjustable.

Technical specifications:

• Crusher body is made from 5 mm steel sheet metal.

• Crusher is fixed on a base of 40 cm height and made from 5 mm steel sheet thickness.

• Crusher is supplied with upper bucket of 0.25 m3 capacity and made from 3mm galvanized sheet metal.

• Output grains are com through a rectangular duct of 2 mm sheet thickness and the duct could be changed according to packing type.

• Crusher is driven via 3hp and 220V electric motor.

• Motor speed is reduced by worm wheel gear box.

• Crusher body is shot blasted and painted with 2 layers of primer paint and 2 layers of final color.
