Fodder Mincer

Fodder mincer is used to produce fodder lumps from cereals and grains which is wet by molas.

the mincer smashes the grain mixture and turns it into finger shapes which is dried and introduced to chattels and sheep as a food , the lump size is adjustable. 

Technical specifications:

• Mincer body is made form galvanized steel 5 m sheet thickness.

• Mincer is provided with upper hopper 0.1m3  capacity.

• Mincer  is provided with front duct to ease fodder collecting and packing.

• Mincer is provided with sets of cutters which are used to change lumps size .

• Mincer is fixed on a base which is made from steel sheets 5mm thickness.

• Innerr diameter of mincer body is 40cm and inner length is 80 cm.

• Mincer over all dimensions is 1.48cm , 0.75cm width and 1.n cm high .

• Mincer capacity is 4m3 /hr.

•  Mincer body is pained by two layers of primer painting an two layers of final color.
