The scrap metal compactor (baler) is used to compact scrap metals and tin with sheet metal thickness up to 2 mm and bale it in cubic shape 50cm X 50 cm X 50 cm and 100 kg weight . Baler works in continues operation since it has an upper hopper in which the scrap metal is put continuously and it has a side outlet from which the bales are coming continuously



	General Features: Baler is made from steel plates 20 mm thickness Baler is driven via electric motor 380V Hydraulic pump is directly connected to electric motor Solenoid valve block is used to operate hydraulic cylinders Manual control valve is used for manual control PLC control panel is used for automatic control Electric limit switches is provided Hydraulic circuit is supported with safety releive valve Upper hopper is movable for better performance. Internal shearing blades is easy mounting and dismounting for grinding.
